Carner has exhibited at Ping Pong Gallery, Geisai Miami, Silverman Gallery, Witte de With Rotterdam, CAC Vilnius, and Kunstverein Malkasten Duesseldorf. His work has been featured in several publications by Revolver Books (Frankfurt, 2005-2006); SUM Magazine (Copenhagen, Spring 2008), ZYZZYVA (SF, Fall 2008); and is included in the KIOSK archive at the Kunstbibliothek (Berlin, 2009).
